I came to see Dr. Babiner for a second opinion on a procedure that a different dental office claimed that I needed, after taking a look at my teeth and XRays he automatically came up with a way simpler solution that not only saved me money but time/pain. Dr Max is great. Always friendly, explains everything and very thorough, however the front desk is just down right atrocious. They texted me for appointment confirmation which I confirmed, then they called me to confirm but gave me a totally different time and I told them that it won't work since I have something else to do later that day and my appointment was earlier in the day and the lady proceeded to tell me I owe a cancellation fee for not being able to make the appointment that they moved without asking me first. Secondly I also had an emergency and called the them and the staff was not very understanding and never called me back as promised. Ok so real quick so you can get a quick mental image of the shape i was in BEFORE i met these ANGELS HERE?!.. .I had gone to a dentIst located on street rd bensalem pa..and legit had 4 appointments to just " talk" was never offered even a cleaning..paid for my 2 root canals and xore build up which one fell out within 5 days the other literally SPLIT into two pieces and was my front tooth the first falling out belonged to the little one next to our front teeth which was also on my left...since it was my one left front tooth. I refused to go back after speaking to my insurance and my sister found BABINAR DENTAL..And can I just say not only did they do more work within ONE visit than the last 2 to 3 Years of my life?!...Honest to God I couldn't believe how fortunate I was to have found these amazing people. To top it off they CARE and when I say care..oh no no I'm not talkin about "Have a nice day"..their only a whole OTHER LEVEL with care.. it's like you are their only patient and all that matters in each visit you have. They listen to you? Updated: after my previous experience, one of the managers reached out, stated there was a mistake made with the cancellation of my appointment, and had me reschedule the same day. The extra effort is appreciated. Still have to attend the visit on Monday, but it feels good to see that they do care and look after their customers. Very unprofessional. I had scheduled a visit two weeks in advance for a tooth filling thay fell off and that was starting to get infected. 1 day before my scheduled visit I get a call from the clinic that the doctor can not my attend my scheduled visit, and then offered to reschedule after another 2 weeks. So after waiting for 2 weeks, for no reason and without a justification, they cancel my visit. What kind of service is this?

I am Dr. Babiner new patient. I have met a person with excellent bedside manners and outstanding professional skills. After proper evaluation I was offered a treatment plan. The treatment process is a protracted one when it comes down to the implants, but it WORTH it. The results are excellent, and I plan to see Doctor Boris Babiner again in the future.

I really like this Dentist. The Dr. and all his staff were so polite, the place very clean. I noticed that everytime a patient left a room they would sterilize everything and wipe down even the patients chairs and everything in the room. Beginning with his receptionist Arina, his technician Svetlana, and Dr. Maksim hi himself were all very professional and made me feel I was in good hands. These guys were a breath of fresh air. I've had the unfortunate need to visit a number of dental offices over the past decade and after a lot of bad experiences I've found this office to be my favorite by far. Dr. Babiner and crew did a fantastic job with my teeth, they were extremely direct and communicative (no bs) about what I needed done, and the cost was incredibly affordable. If you need dental work I highly, highly recommend coming here.

I saw a lot of dentists but Dr. Maxim Babiner differs from them with his high professionalism, calmness and tact. My whole family fears dentists because we've had quite a few traumatic experiences in the philly area. Cue the Babiner family. Our whole extended family has gotten implants, bridges, cleanings, fillings etc by these dentists and the results have been great. They have redeemed my terrified opinion of dentists in general. I personally had a great implant put in my Boris babiner in 2011ish? and it's the last thing on my mind to this day. Recently, I had Max babiner take our a wisdom tooth so quickly, I didn't even realize what happened. I was so impressed and relieved that I didn't have to go to the oral surgeon for this. They are also gentle on the numbing injection, which I think is a skill set of its own. Will be taking hubby soon to take care of some much needed dental issues (crowns, fillings) and excited for him to receive good attention to his needs. Being a cash patient at this office for us is cheaper for us than using the discount plan we had. Hope this helps! Many of us ignore our teeth but how nice is it to properly take care of them!

Incredible experience. I'm the stereotypical dental fearing, sensitive tooth patient. I decided to try Babiner dental after a friend recommended them, best decision of 2017 so far. Staff was very welcoming, and Dr. Babiner has a calmin demeanor that made me feel at ease for the first time sitting in a dental chair. When he mentioned I had 3 cavities my fear sunk in again, since I've never had a cavity procedure that didn't hurt. Not a SINGLE ounce of pain felt after all of them filled. I was amazed and couldn't believe that after this visit, I'm not scared to come back. Really can't recommend this place enough.
